Briogeo allows 30-day returns for all products to receive a refund, or store credit with the exception of those listed below. *Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you’d still like to make a return outside of the 30 days since the original ship date, email your order number to support@briogeohair.com to see if you are eligible for a Briogeo.com store credit.
Items purchased outside of Briogeo.com are not eligible for a return, and you must contact the original store's customer service team for support.
Adverse reactions: please discard the product, consult your physician, and reach out to support@briogeohair.com for help.
Damaged products: please send photos to support@briogeohair.com for a credit or refund.
Return exclusions:
Partial kits or bundles are not eligible for a return; only complete sets.
Excessively used products are not eligible for return.
International shipping and/or duty fees are not eligible for a refund.
Gifts with purchase items are not eligible for returns.
